From Vex Technology to Vex Solutions

Vex Solutions was launched in 2026, but its origins date back to 2019.

The VEX ecosystem began in 2019 with a single focus: building technology for the financial sector. In the years that followed it added corporate structuring and specialised marketing, and in 2026 those three lines converged into one brand with three coordinated divisions.

Why each brand appeared

None of the three divisions was planned in advance. Each one was created when clients hit the same wall: first the technology to operate, then the legal structure to support it internationally, and finally the marketing to reach the market. By 2026, most clients were using more than one — so keeping three separate brands stopped making sense for them and for us.

Timeline

  1. 2019

    Vex Technology is founded

    The ecosystem begins with Vex Technology, building technology infrastructure for the financial sector: CRM, risk management, copy trading and open APIs for brokers and fintechs looking to scale.

  2. 2020

    Vex License is created

    As clients grew, a second need became clear: the legal and tax structure behind the technology. Vex License is created for company formation, licensing, corporate banking and residency programmes.

    Vex Digital launches

    Technology and structure were in place, but brands still needed to reach their market. Vex Digital joins the ecosystem as a marketing agency focused on finance: premium branding, acquisition funnels and content for brokers and prop firms.

  4. December 2023

    International consolidation in the UAE

    VEX Development Solutions - FZCO is incorporated under DIEZA in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the group's operation begins running from the United Arab Emirates. Until then, the brands had operated under registrations in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Seychelles.

  5. July 2026

    Vex Solutions is born

    Vex Technology, Vex License and Vex Digital unify under a single brand — Vex Solutions — operating from Dubai through VEX Development Solutions - FZCO. The companies in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and Seychelles are retained to provide advertising (ADS) and corporate service provider (CSP) services respectively.

Why more than one entity

The group did not replace its previous companies: it reorganised them. VEX Development Solutions - FZCO in Dubai operates the Vex Solutions brand and its technology, development, training and marketing activity. VEX Corporate Services Ltd (Seychelles) is retained as a corporate service provider (CSP), and VEX Digital Ltd (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines) for advertising services (ADS). Each service is contracted with, and provided by, the entity authorised for that activity.
